  2. You need to have a valid SA mobile number registered in your own name;
  3. SA ID or valid passport for foreigners, permanently residing in South Africa


You need to have your mobile number with which you have registered your account. Push the "Reset your password" button and follow the instructions.

Yes, you can change the password at any time by pushing "Reset your password" and following the prompts. You can also change your existing password in your dashboard, when you are logged in.

Your mobile number is your unique identifier. You need to go to your network provider and request a SIM swap to reinstate your account.

In order to comply with South African gambling laws we are obliged to verify the players' identity to ensure you are of legal age.

Yes. You may deposit and play. However, we reserve the rights to put your account on hold and request a full FICA verification.

No, you cannot register multiple accounts with YesPlay.

Yes, you may register, provided you can supply the clear copy of your passport and proof of residence in South Africa.

FICA stands for Financial Intelligence Centre Act and was put in place on the 1st of July 2001 in order to combat illegal financial activities such as money laundering and tax evasion. FICA requires us to keep a paper trail of all transactions over the threshold limit of R25,000 and to report any suspicious financial activities. We therefore require you to provide a copy of your ID as well as proof of residence in order to make any transaction in access of R25,000 in order to be compliant with South African law.
