DEPOSITS


YesPlay accepts all major debit and credit cards, i-Pay, SID, SnapScan, Bank deposit, and ATM deposits.

Select "My Wallet" from the user menu. Select "Add Funds" and then your method of payment.

ATM Deposit

Locate any cash-accepting ATM. Follow the instruction to deposit cash. Use your phone number as a reference. The account numbers to deposit to can be found here. Please note that there is a minimum deposit amount.

Debit/Credit Card

Enter your card details and select "PAY NOW".Your card information can be saved for convenience.

i-Pay

Enter an amount that you would like to deposit. Select "ADD FUNDS". Confirm the amount. You will be taken to the i-Pay website where you can select your bank and follow the prompts to complete your payment.

SID Instant EFT

Enter an amount that you would like to deposit. Select "ADD FUNDS". Confirm the amount. You will be taken to the SID website where you can select your bank and follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Snapscan

Enter an amount that you would like to deposit. Select "ADD FUNDS". Confirm the amount. You will be taken to the snapscan website where a unique barcode will be generated for you. Use your snapscan application on your phone to scan the barcode and follow the prompts.

Bank Deposit / EFT

Visit any bank listed after selecting "Bank Deposit / EFT", and use the information displayed to make your deposit at the bank. Make sure you use your cell phone number as the reference.

Your deposit reflects in the wallet within seconds, except for Bank Deposits and EFT which are processed manually.

Yes. The maximum deposit amount by default is R100,000. However, we can review the individual limit on request from a customer.

The minimum deposit amount depends on the bank account to which you make the transfer and your means of payment. The minimum amounts are indicated once you select the desired payment option.
